I heard that you are going to start business with partership.
I don't think thar's not a good idea.
According to my experience, partership business is intend to be failed.
Because it is very hard to keep a good relationship between parters for a long time.
So if you do business, I recomend you sole proprietorship. It's the simplest legal form. You don't have to worry about any other things. I hope this comments will help you.
